We do, however, understand the need for discretion, so if you’d rather come alone that is also fine!
Free Hearing Check for over 40’s
Video Otoscopy (Ear Health Check) and Pure Tone Audiogram – 45 mins
£59 if you are under 40
Advanced Hearing Evaluation & Consultation
Comprehensive 90 minute assessment including video otoscopy, audiometry, speech testing and tinnitus evaluation or hearing aid demonstration where applicable. £75 and deducted from the cost of hearing aids if you go on to purchase technology
Wax Removal Package, Advanced Hearing Evaluation & Consultation
Comprehensive 120 minute appointment that includes video otoscopy, microsuction wax removal, audiometry, speech testing, tympanometry and tinnitus evaluation or hearing aid demonstration where applicable. £120 and deducted from the cost of hearing aids if you go on to purchase technology.
Fine Tuning Appointment – 45mins
Free if an existing customer within your package aftercare, £50 if hearing aids purchased from another provider
Hearing Device Check – 30mins
Hearing device not performing as expected? Need a filter or tube replaced in house? Want our audiologist to cast their professional eye over it? Book yourself in for a Hearing Device Check. We can also check output in a test box. £35
Hearing Protection Consultation – 30mins
Video Otoscopy, Discuss types of hearing protection, recommendation and take Ear impression if required 30 mins £35 (Does not include cost of hearing protection itself)
